As part of the Analytics & BI team, we are seeking individuals to enhance our capabilities in Advanced Analytics / Business Intelligence, collaborating with business leaders to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Products, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Security, and Customer Service to analyze complex business issues and propose data-driven solutions. - Identify, develop, and implement analytical projects that generate significant business value. - Foster a data-driven analytics culture to address intricate business challenges throughout the organization. - Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analyses. Required Skills and Capabilities: - 6+ years of experience in analytics/data science/big data tools. - Proficiency in languages like Python, R, SAS, SQL (on distributed data warehouses). - Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlikview. - Previous experience in team management and working in a cross-functional environment. - Comprehensive knowledge of business processes. - Data-driven mindset with a successful track record of executing analytical projects. - Strong stakeholder management skills. Education: - Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any other quantitative discipline.,
