Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic energy leader to drive corporate-level energy efficiency initiatives, optimize energy costs, and ensure sustainability compliance across a large, multi-location portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and energy performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Energy Strategy & Cost Optimization

• Develop and lead organization-wide energy cost-reduction strategies with defined ROI and payback periods.
• Establish energy performance benchmarks and drive initiatives to reduce cost per kWh, diesel consumption, and fuel inefficiencies.
• Track KPIs such as High Cost per Hour (CPH), Diesel Variance, and Fuel Top-Up Gaps to identify cost leakage
• Monitor diesel and fuel consumption across all locations using advanced tools (Zabbix, IEM, I-Map).
• Publish monthly and quarterly dashboards highlighting energy KPIs, consumption trends, and performance vs. targets.
• Implement real-time monitoring and alert systems for critical energy assets (DG, UPS, HVAC).
• Conduct corporate-level energy audits) and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
• Lead CAPEX/OPEX projects for energy optimization and present cost-benefit analyses to senior leadership.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure documentation and reporting are aligned with national and international standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of energy parameters in Telecom Sector
• Proven experience in cost-saving initiatives across large commercial/industrial portfolios.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management skills.
