Job Description

As a Senior Manager Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assigning responsibilities and monitoring the performance of team members. - Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality outputs. - Ensuring timely closure of books, reconciliations, and reporting tasks. - Conducting financial reporting & analysis by preparing and finalizing financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Conducting monthly and quarterly financial reviews and presenting findings. - Ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 5 years of work experience. - A qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA). This position is based in Surat with a salary of 15 LPA.,
