Job Description

Lead the end-to-end maintenance operations of our plant
Define and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and breakdown) for plant machinery and utilities.
Ensure availability and reliability of all equipment through continuous monitoring and improvement of MTBF and MTTR.
Oversee calibration, alignment, and servicing of mechanical components
Develop and execute a robust spare parts strategy to ensure availability while minimizing inventory cost. Manage critical spares, supplier coordination, reordering processes, and lead time reduction

Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, PLC/automation, hydraulics & pneumatics
Hands on experience of Mechanical Maintenance of VMC, HMC, CNC lathe and other conventional machines
