Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer - Storage

As a Mainframe Systems Programmer at our company, you will be responsible for providing support for ongoing projects related to the installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and other system software. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing mentorship to team members with high, moderate, and low complexity assignments - Leading self and others to align with Ensono strategy - Offering technical architect storage support for hardware and software solutions - Participating in client meetings and new business deals with excellent communication skills - Collaborating with hardware and software vendors for new solutions - Reviewing and analyzing client software and requirements for cost-effective solutions - Enhancing performance through mentoring and guidance - Designing automated monitoring techniques for problem prevention - Documenting problem analysis, resolution, and prevention procedures - Providing oversight for less experienced associates You will not have any direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates.
