Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of high-performing, scalable, and reliable
platforms
Design and implement GenAI solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and evaluate
tradeoffs between different techniques and their application domains.
Automate model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring using machine
learning pipelines, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
Apply advanced quality engineering practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain
documentation to ensure efficient and testable solutions.
Enhance software delivery workflows to ensure seamless development cycles,
incorporating advanced debugging, triaging, and issue resolution.
Contribute to documentation, educational content, and user feedback integration to
improve product/program adaptability and usability.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews,
source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of
experience with software design and architecture (design patterns, reliability and
scaling).
3 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal,
Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer
vision).
3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation,
optimization, data processing, debugging).
Experience tackling challenges in production systems and optimizing for real-time
performance.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in breaking down complex systems.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments with teams spread
across multiple locations.
Preferred qualifications:
Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
