Job Description

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models along with complete end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Engineer high-quality features and manage large, complex datasets for model training and validation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
  • Optimize ML models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
  • Implement and maintain MLOps best practices, including CI/CD workflows, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
  • Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems using modern cloud infrastructure and orchestration technologies.
  • Ensure best practices in model development, documentation, testing, and lifecycle maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as

    TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    model serving, MLOps pipelines, and production-grade ML deployments

    .
  • Expertise working with cloud platforms such as

    AWS, GCP, or Azure

    , and distributed data processing tools.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and distributed system fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
