.What You’ll

• DoWrite original, long-form serialized scripts (25–50+ episodes per series) with high emotional engagement and retenti
• onDevelop strong characters, compelling arcs, and episodic cliffhangers designed for audio-first consumpti
• onAdapt existing IPs for the US market, rewriting or localizing where need
• edCollaborate with creative producers, editors, and voice teams to bring the story to li
• feStay updated on content trends, tropes, and genre preferences within the US fiction ecosyst
• emMentor junior writers and assist in building a writer’s room as need
• edEnsure writing aligns with Pocket FM’s tonal, pacing, and format guidelin
