We are looking for a Senior Linux & Unix System Administrator to manage and optimize large-scale enterprise environments. The role involves administrating RHEL, Oracle Enterprise Linux, AIX, and virtualization platforms while leading a small team and ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure & maintain RHEL, Oracle Linux, and AIX systems.
Manage users, permissions, and system security.
Automate tasks using Shell scripting, Ansible, Puppet.
Monitor performance with SolarWinds and tune system configurations.
Apply patches, OS hardening, and conduct audits.
Manage services like DNS, DHCP, NFS, Apache/Nginx, SSH.
Analyze logs and perform RCA for critical issues.
Manage backups, disaster recovery, and KVM/OLVM virtualization.
Lead on-call support and incident response.
