Senior Level Engineers

As a Senior Level Engineer at Elcon Engineers Pvt Ltd, located in Vadodara, your role will involve designing and analyzing electrical systems, conducting feasibility studies, performing power system studies, and providing startup and commissioning support. You will be responsible for developing power management systems, protection SCADA, and solutions for transient stability, arc flash hazards, and harmonic analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and providing retrofit solutions using numerical protection relays are essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Design and analysis of electrical systems - Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual engineering - Perform power system studies including grid islanding and load shedding schemes - Develop power management systems and protection SCADA - Offer solutions for transient stability, arc flash hazards, and harmonic analysis - Provide startup and commissioning support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide retrofit solutions using numerical protection relays Qualifications: - Experience in electrical system design, power system studies, and consultancy - Familiarity with feasibility studies, conceptual engineering, and startup support - Knowledge in transient stability, arc flash analysis, and harmonic measurement - Skills in power management systems, protection SCADA, and retrofit solutions - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills - Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Experience in the industrial plant electric system is highly desirable,
