Job Description: As a General Insurance Corporate experienced professional, your role will involve handling and managing litigation related to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal issues. This includes dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators to ensure effective handling of claims. You will be responsible for appointing advocates, following up with them for opinions on compromise/contest, and adducing evidences in legal claims. Your duties will also involve adhering to internal processes and external regulations, coordinating with internal customers to facilitate claims handling, sharing court precedents, ensuring timely compliance with court orders, reviewing cases, maintaining case files, and coordinating with local regulatory and administrative bodies. Key Responsibilities: - Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal related issues - Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators for effective handling of claims - Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest - Adducing evidences in legal claims - Adherence to internal processes and external regulations - Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims - Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts - Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system - Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies Qualification Required: - LLB Note: Relevant work experience in handling litigation related to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal issues is required for this role.
