Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities in both government and private sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in ministries, public sector undertakings, state nodal agencies, and private corporates. Understand client needs and align company offerings to secure new solar EPC contracts. Tendering & Bid Management: Monitor and evaluate RFQs/RFPs from government departments, DISCOMs, and private clients. Lead end-to-end preparation of tender submissions, including technical documentation, compliance checklists, and pricing proposals. Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and finance teams for timely bid submissions. Prepare detailed financial models and commercial proposals aligned with project viability and company margins. Presentations & Client Engagement: Create and deliver compelling presentations for business pitches, tender evaluations, and pre-bid meetings. Participate in client discussions, clarify technical/commercial queries, and negotiate contracts. Liaisoning & Regulatory Coordination: Act as the companys liaison with relevant government departments, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with applicable norms, certifications, and regulatory frameworks for solar EPC projects. Preferred Profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance. Experience reading and responding to government and private sector tenders. Candidates who have previously worked in the credit or project finance department of a bank will be preferred. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Role & responsibilities Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for STP, ETP, and Other Water Treatment systems. Prepare accurate and comprehensive BOQs and equipment lists for pricing and procurement. Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Clarify client queries related to design, technology selection, and costing. Maintain regular follow-ups after proposal submission for closures and modifications. Select appropriate technologies for wastewater treatment and prepare feasibility reports. Define detailed technical specifications for all plant components and equipment. Provide detailed technical support to in-house teams: purchase, execution, erection & commissioning. Formulate customized and innovative process flow diagrams (PFD) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Lead the design of treatment systems including sizing of units, equipment selection, and hydraulic calculations. Guide retrofitting and up gradation strategies for underperforming or old treatment plants. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project timelines and technical accuracy. Supervise and mentor a team of process engineers and proposal executives. Assign responsibilities and review outputs of team members to ensure efficiency and development. Build a knowledge-sharing culture by updating the team with current technologies and industry standards. Coordinate with finance and commercial departments for payment follow-ups and recovery. Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency of designed solutions. Provide project status updates to management and directors on a regular basis.
