Job Description :
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advocate to handle all legal matters related to our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will provide legal support on property documentation, regulatory compliance, litigation, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review property agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, and MoUs.
Handle legal due diligence of land and property titles.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external lawyers.
Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate laws.
Resolve legal disputes related to land, property, or construction.
Requirements:
LLB degree with valid Bar Council registration.
Proven experience in real estate legal matters.
Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, and contract law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
