The responsibilities for various positions include: ***************************************************************************************************************** · Senior Lecturers and Junior Lecturers: Prepare and deliver lectures, create lesson plans, evaluate student performance, and provide academic guidance. Responsible for overall career progression and personality development of the students. ***************************************************************************************************************** · Counselors: Maintain student records on wellbeing, academics and discipline working with faculty, JLs and incharges. Regular communication with parents on the progress of the student. Work with principal to make sure necessary guidance and mentoring sessions are arranged for students. Organizing any events and monthly PTMs. Manage admissions processes, assist prospective students with information, conduct interviews, and maintain records. ***************************************************************************************************************** · Hostel Warden: Ensure student safety, address student concerns and supervise building cleanliness. Reporting daily attendance and wellbeing of students to management. ***************************************************************************************************************** · Hostel Incharges: Assist the Hostel wardens in maintaining discipline, organizing events, and handling administrative tasks related to the hostel. Tidiness of the hostel building, ensuring at most discipline of students while in hostel or on the way to campus and monitoring any in-disciplinary activities and reporting to principal. Maintain necessary records (room allotment, attendance, sick, in/out etc) and be responsive to parents. ***************************************************************************************************************** Qualifications · For Senior Lecturers: Post graduation from any prestigious institute with 5-7yrs of experience. Ability to develop and implement lesson plans. Good to have some experience in mentoring and career counselling for students. · For Junior Lecturers: Graduation from any prestigious institute. Preferably post graduate. 1-2 years of experience in monitoring student academic progress, ability to clarify doubts and ensuring good result in the subject. · For Counselor: Graduation from any good institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good professional conduct. Abilit to mentor and manage records.
