Job Description

The Senior Lecturer in Prosthodontics will be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, with a focus on fixed, removable, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and implantology. The role involves contributing to academic development, research, clinical practice, and institutional activities.


Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver lectures, tutorials, pre-clinical, and clinical demonstrations in Prosthodontics.

· Supervise and guide students in laboratory and clinical settings.

· Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.

· Actively participate in student assessment, examination, and feedback.

· Provide clinical services to patients in the Prosthodontics department.

· Engage in departmental research, publications, and conferences.

· Contribute to institutional committees, community outreach, and professional development programs.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· MDS in Prosthodontics from a DCI-recognized institution.

· Teaching and clinical experience (Freshers Welcome).

· Strong knowledge of modern prosthodontic techniques including digital workflows.

· Evidence of research, publications, and academic contributions desirable.
