Job Description You have in-depth knowledge of Global Capability Center operations, industry trends, and best practices. You understand Solution management methodology, user-centric design, and have the ability to generate, oversee actionable and impactful roadmaps that effectively engage the organization to achieve strategic milestones in setting up Global Capability centers. Your deep technical expertise in Solution/Delivery area allows you to bring together practice offerings to address customer needs around setting up GCCs and to create proof of concepts if needed, as well as credentialize solutions. You possess a deep knowledge of IT services/IT outsourcing globally and have the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders. Your analytical skills enable you to analyze requirements, qualify deals, and identify opportunities.
