Senior / Lead Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities-
- Lead a team of 20 to 25 software developers- Handon experience in micro services, based architecture- Programming to deliver high quality web applications and Design, develop deploy new applications.- Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and general product maintenance.- Taking technical ownership of project deliveries and ensures own deliveries.- Demonstrate ability to work within an agile team as well as collaborate with many other teams on design and implementation strategies.- Follow Agile Development and project management methodology.- Project planning, timelines and milestones for execution and deliverables.- Should adhere to delivery schedules.- Mentor and lead team members to continuously improve quality and productivity of deliverables.Skillsets Required :- Strong Hands-on knowledge of Server-Side Scripting language like NodeJS Web Framework.- End to end knowledge from development to deployment- Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.- Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.- Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.- Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.- Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.- Strong command over ReactJs and JavaScript ecosystem.- Deep understanding of relational databases like MySQL is required.- Understanding of NoSQL would be an added advantage.- Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required.- Proficient in HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON, Proficient in HTML, CSS- Knowledge of Git and Version Control Systems.Good To Have :- Exposure to building CRM based technology solutions in the past.
