Job Description

We are looking for a GenAI-enabled Demand Generation + Marketing Automation professional to run MQL/SQL-led programs and full-funnel ABM campaigns for a B2B IT company.

1) Full-Funnel ABM

  • Own ABM strategy for Tier 1/2/3 accounts: ICP, account selection, persona mapping, buying journeys, messaging, and playbooks.
  • Execute coordinated ABM programs across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, landing pages, retargeting, and content.
  • Build account-level reporting: engagement, intent, stage movement, pipeline influence, and conversion velocity.
  • Partner with Sales/SDRs on account planning, outreach alignment, SLAs, and follow-ups.

2) Pipeline-First MQL/SQL Campaigns

  • Plan and run campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Define lead stages, qualification criteria, and sales handoffs.
  • Optimize funnel conversion: Lead MQL SQL Opportunity.

3) Marketing Automation & Systems Integration

  • Own end-to-end automation: capture, segmentation, scoring, routing, nurture, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Manage MAPCRMadsanalytics integrations; ensure data quality and sync reliability.
  • Build automation to reduce manual work (alerts, workflows, enrichment, reporting, QA).

4) GenAI Enablement

  • Build and maintain a prompt library for ABM personalization, emails, ads, landing pages, webinars, and sales enablement.
  • Apply GenAI with human-in-the-loop QA for brand, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Enable GenAI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, creative iteration, and reporting.

5) Email Marketing (Lifecycle & Nurture)

  • Design segmentation and automated nurtures by persona, industry, and intent/stage.
  • Own email performance: deliverability, hygiene, A/B testing, cadence, and landing page alignment.
  • Build sequences that drive meetings, demos, and SQL progression.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years in B2B demand gen, marketing ops, ABM, or growth marketing (B2B IT preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with a MAP (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven success driving MQL/SQL-led pipeline and improving conversion and velocity.
  • Strong email marketing expertise: segmentation, automation, testing, optimization.
  • Solid performance marketing skills: LinkedIn & Google Ads, audiences, creatives, landing pages, tracking.
  • Comfortable using GenAI and prompt engineering for marketing workflows.
