Senior Lead- Finishes

Role Overview: At Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in meticulously inspecting the construction finishes at Noida International Airport to ensure adherence to Zurich Airport high-end quality standards. As a Finishes Quality Guardian, you will conduct comprehensive inspections, document findings, maintain quality assurance, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to uphold quality standards. Your contribution will be essential in transforming abstract ideas into tangible realities that benefit society. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive inspections of all finishes works in progress, such as painting, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, cabinetry, tiling, toilet finishes, lighting, exterior cladding, and furniture. - Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, design plans, and quality standards during inspections. - Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports outlining inspection results, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions. - Verify that finishes installations meet quality standards, work method statement, approved specifications, manufacturer's recommendations, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to address quality concerns promptly and implement corrective measures. - Liaise with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to provide guidance on proper finishes installation techniques and quality standards. - Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and emerging trends in finishes workmanship. - Assist in coordinating inspections with project timelines to ensure minimal disruption to construction schedules. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during inspections and report any safety hazards or violations observed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interiors Design, or a related field. - Previous experience working in a similar role for Hotels, malls, or other high-end construction projects. - Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and reporting. - Attention to detail, high-quality awareness, innovation, and solution-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated, team player, effective and objective communicator. - Technical skills in MS Office and presentation skills.
