Senior Lead- Finishes

As a Finishes Quality Guardian at the Noida International Airport construction site, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously inspect construction finishes at all stages in adherence to Zurich Airport's high quality standards. By conducting comprehensive inspections on various finish works including painting, flooring, wall finishes, and more, you will ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards set by YIAPL. Your role will involve documenting inspection findings accurately and preparing detailed reports outlining deficiencies and recommendations for corrective actions. Maintaining organized records of all inspection reports and collaborating with stakeholders to address quality concerns promptly will be essential in your position. Effective communication with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to provide guidance on proper finishes installation techniques and quality standards will be crucial. Additionally, your role will require participation in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and contribute to process improvements based on inspection findings. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interiors Design, or a related field, along with previous experience in high-end construction projects. Proficiency in relevant software applications, attention to detail, innovative thinking, and effective communication skills will be key attributes for success in this position.
