Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable MERN stack applications Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and establish coding standards Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA for seamless project delivery Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness Monitor project progress and handle roadblocks with effective problem-solving Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development Preferred candidate profile Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and MVC architecture Proficient in Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello *Immediate joiners need only apply *Candidates with more than 8 years of experience need only apply
