As a Principal Engineer, you will:
Apply deep technical expertise to deliver strategic solutions
Influence architecture decisions and drive engineering excellence
Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements

Analyse systems and applications; recommend enhancements and modernizations
Contribute to architectural decisions and high-level solution designs
Lead and participate in hands-on software development
Ensure high quality of deliverables from distributed development teams
Collaborate within the team and support leadership responsibilities
Follow release, change, and deployment processes across environments
Troubleshoot complex deployment, environment, and system issues
Prepare and maintain deployment and configuration scripts for development, test, and production
Champion secure coding, best practices, and modern development methodologies
Strong development expertise in:
Test Driven Development (TDD)
Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
Secure coding practices
Awareness/Experience in:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams
