Senior Lead Engineer - Systems Engineering ADAS (Chennai)

Role: Lead end-to-end Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) development, managing system architecture, algorithms, and software development through full project lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define ADAS system specifications, architecture, and interfaces collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Lead development of ADAS algorithms and system software using C, C++, Python, MATLAB, and Simulink

• Manage vehicle network architecture integration including CAN and Ethernet protocols

• Conduct DFMEA, DVP, and testing to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Analyze vehicle test data, develop test cases, and drive continuous improvements in system performance

• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• M.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or related discipline

• Strong expertise in ADAS technologies including sensor fusion, machine learning, real-time operating systems

• Experience with automotive systems engineering, CAN/Ethernet tools, and safety processes like ISO 26262

• Proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects and cross-team collaboration
