Senior Lead Designer / BIM Engineer II - Revit Structure

Role Overview: You will be joining AtkinsRalis as a Senior Lead Designer / BIM Engineer II in the Middle East Design & Engineering delivery team. Your role will involve leading BIM/CAD teams, managing complex work packages, and supporting project delivery through technical excellence and leadership. The opportunities available range from delivering consultancy services to directly supporting client organizations with their projects and programs. Key Responsibilities: - Be part of the AtkinsRalis Middle East delivery team. - Lead and manage CAD/BIM packages with minimal supervision. - Supervise and mentor CAD/BIM technicians. - Ensure deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality expectations. - Implement and enforce CAD/BIM standards across projects. - Identify training needs and support team development. - Support project teams in proposal and delivery phases. Qualification Required: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 10-15 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects. - Advanced knowledge of CAD/BIM tools, team leadership, and coordination with project management and senior engineering teams is essential.
