Role Overview: In this role, you will act as a consultant and advisor, providing guidance to improve complex global business processes, products, and services. You will lead the business analysis activities for solutions, focusing on strategic initiatives aimed at delivering transformative change to the business domain. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with global business associates to determine requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for efficiency improvements and value addition. - Analyze the business domain, author business requirements, and facilitate ongoing reviews of business processes. - Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing activities. - Flag issues, changes, and risks to the Project Manager and workstream leads. Collaborate with a product squad to deliver the Products roadmap and participate in sprint planning discussions. - Liaise with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements. - Act as an interface between business and Implementation partners, review sprint demos, and document any gaps. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or pharmaceutical discipline. - Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) and related accreditations (Agile certifications, etc.) are a plus. - Minimum 6 years of IT Business Analysis experience. - Experience in multi-national global interactions, senior management collaboration, relationship management, and influencing without authority. - Proficiency in business analysis, requirements definition & management, analytical thinking, managing challenges, proactive thinking, effective communication, and developing presentations. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, HPQC, and Business process modeling tools. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, Validation & Compliance. - Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion.
