Description
As a senior lawyer at Bancila, Diaconu & Asociaii SPRL in the M&A / Commercial / Real Estate practice, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Your successful skills and abilities must include being a senior lawyer with presence in the Bucharest Bar or another bar in Romania, along with 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial law and M&A within a law firm. Experience in Real Estate projects is a plus, as well as solid legal knowledge, analytical spirit, and effective experience in Civil Law and Corporate Law. Good command of the English language is essential, along with the ability to work both individually and in a team. You should possess flexibility, proactivity, interpersonal skills, a desire for learning and development, a pragmatic approach focusing on the commercial needs of the client, and a team spirit with a focus on understanding the needs of clients and the market. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting activities in a pleasant and dynamic team, focusing on constructive approaches and identifying innovative solutions. - Managing complex corporate, commercial, and real estate law projects. - Managing projects regarding business transfers, mergers, and transactions. - Drafting or reviewing contracts. - Drafting or reviewing memoranda on various legal aspects. - Conducting due diligence analyses.
