You will be responsible for driving engagements in the assessment of technology for organizations, including IT Strategy, IT operating model, Enterprise Architecture, IT capabilities maturity assessment, IT processes re-engineering, Application rationalization, and IT organization as the sole point of contact from KDN (offshore) for the client facing KPMG team (onsite). Key Responsibilities: - Provide IT function performance and cost reviews; benchmarking against best practices - Run IT organization development and transformation - Align Business with IT strategy & planning by building effective IT Governance frameworks - Focus on providing IT Transformation advisory, design, and driving organizational change by formulating detailed use cases for achieving business goals through IT - Assist in the development of and demonstrate proficiency in all deliverables including secondary research, analysis, detailed baselining, report writing, and preparing executive level presentations - Be part of the initiatives at CIO Advisory level and innovate to develop new approaches for organizations to transform themselves with respect to technology and adopt emerging technologies - Elicit and document business requirements through various methods such as interviews, workshops, and surveys - Analyze data trends to support business decisions and leverage data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that align with business requirements and constraints - Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments to ensure seamless execution and collaboration Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more key areas of focus mentioned in the job description - Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports, and Excel frameworks - Certifications such as SAFe, Ardoq, TOGAF 9, COBIT 2019, ITIL 4 - Good to have an understanding of generative AI and ability to create generative AI use cases and/or PoCs If you have experience in the mentioned key areas and qualifications, you are encouraged to apply for this position.,
