Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the jewellery sales industry, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive sales effectively. The role involves working directly with customers, offering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that matches their preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed product information, including the specifications and pricing of jewellery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Ensure the jewellery display is attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly secured.
• Assist with inventory management and product stock.
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in jewellery sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and/or English.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable with extended working hours (9:30 AM to 8:30 PM).
• Previous experience in jewellery sales or related field required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kaniyapuram, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Jewelry sales: 1 year (Preferred)
