Senior Jewellery Sales Professional

to join our team.

Role: Senior Jewellery Sales Professional – Bilaspur

Experience: 2+ years in jewelleryIndustry: Luxury Retail

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional luxury sales experience with personalised customer service.2. Handle customer queries, special orders, and post-sales support professionally.3. Maintain showroom display standards and ensure high visual merchandising quality.4. Support team coordination, assist junior sales executives, and ensure smooth store operations.5. Manage billing follow-ups, stock checks, and documentation as per SOPs.6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2+ years of jewellery sales experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail.2. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) with excellent grooming.3. Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and provide a refined customer experience.4. Sound knowledge of diamonds, polki, jadau, gold, and gemstone jewellery.5. Target-driven, confident, and capable of handling high-value clients.6. Strong team orientation, discipline, and problem-solving ability.
