Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of

  large-scale development projects

  using modern JavaScript technologies (React.js, Node.js, or similar).
• Mentor, guide, and inspire a

  diverse development team

• Own project planning, technical architecture, and delivery timelines while ensuring

Technical Execution

• Remain hands-on with development, contributing to codebases alongside the team.

• Conduct code reviews, resolve performance bottlenecks, and implement advanced debugging techniques.
  
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver feature-rich, performant, and user-centric applications.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years

  of professional experience in JavaScript development
• Proven success in

  leading large development teams

  and delivering high-impact projects.
• Expertise in

  frontend frameworks

  (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) and familiarity with backend development.
• Solid knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3

  , and modern build tools (

  Webpack, Vite, Babel

  ).
• Experience integrating

  RESTful APIs.

• Exceptional

  English communication and presentation skills

  (10/10) comfortable leading client demos, workshops, and technical presentations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development.
  
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
