Senior Java Software Engineer

You will play a key role in innovative new AI projects for Qualifacts as a Full Stack Software Engineer on the AI Team. Working within an agile team, you will contribute to the development of new products that have the potential to reach over 125,000 behavioral health clinicians and millions of patients. The focus will be on building AI products from scratch to complement Qualifacts" existing platforms. As a front-end focused full stack developer, you are expected to have experience with ES6 and React, Angular, or similar technologies. Your insights will be valuable in determining the approach to our tech stack for the new product. Your responsibilities will include participating in designing and developing technical solutions for complex web-based EHR systems, writing efficient and high-quality code, testing thoroughly to ensure minimal bugs, contributing new ideas and feedback to the team, and assisting in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions. Troubleshooting software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices are also key aspects of the role. General qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related fields, along with 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer. A customer-focused approach, a keen sense of priority and urgency, commitment to engineering best practices, self-learning ability, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership are essential qualities. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in ES6, React, Angular, strong computer science fundamentals, experience in software development, test-driven development, work ethic, motivation to learn and improve, familiarity with Django, OpenAI, and web networking concepts are important for this role.,
