Senior Java Software Engineer - Microservices Architecture

What Youll Do

• Build robust and scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot for high-performance enterprise applications.
• Develop multithreaded systems optimized for large-scale data processing and responsiveness.
• Leverage your experience with ELK Stack to integrate logging and monitoring across services.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD workflows, preferably with Concourse or similar tools.
• Take ownership of feature development while mentoring junior engineers and aligning deliverables with client expectations.
• Engage directly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and business alignment.
  

What You Bring

• Strong command over Core Java concepts and real-world application in Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing multithreaded applications.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) including API-level integration.
• Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure, preferably Concourse.
• Ability to lead and communicate technical direction with customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience in regulated domains like Healthcare, Embedded Systems, or Finance.
• Familiarity with microservice patterns and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
