The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst role at our company involves leading and implementing new or revised application systems and programs with the Technology team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, and develop applications using Java, UI Frameworks, Microservices, and relational databases as a full stack developer - Develop UI components and screens utilizing technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS - Design and develop scalable services using Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Oracle - Utilize specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and industry standards - Manage and remediate vulnerabilities, code quality issues, and write test cases - Recommend and develop security measures for successful system design and functionality - Consult with users/clients and technology groups, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist with customer exposure systems - Define operating standards and processes, and mentor new or lower-level programmer analysts - Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members Qualifications: - 9-15 years of relevant experience - Technical proficiency in Angular/React, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java, Spring framework, Kafka, Microservices, Oracle - PL/SQL - Experience in systems analysis, programming of software applications, and project management - Familiarity with consulting/project management techniques/methods - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing expectations or requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description offers a summarized overview of the role.
