Senior Java Full Stack Developer-VP - C13 - Pune

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing applications using Java, UI Frameworks, Microservices, and relational databases as a full stack developer. You will also develop UI components and screens using technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS. Additionally, you will design and develop scalable services using Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Oracle. Your role will require utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems, provide evaluations of business processes, system processes, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgments. You will also be responsible for managing and remediating vulnerabilities, code quality issues, and writing test cases. Furthermore, you will recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality. In this position, you will consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist with customer exposure systems. You will ensure that essential procedures are followed, help define operating standards and processes, and act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level programmer analysts. Additionally, you will be expected to exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Qualifications: - 9-15 years of relevant experience - Technical experience with Angular/React, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java, Spring framework, Kafka, Microservices, Oracle - PL/SQL - Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
