Participate as a software developer on small Agile teams, delivering software-based solutions for migrating and modernizing customer legacy applications to MongoDB.
Stay at the forefront of the industry by staying updated on the latest GenAI advancements and leveraging cutting-edge developments to fulfill migration projects.
Adopt new technologies and approaches as projects evolve, especially those relating to GenAI advancements.
Engage in sprint grooming, planning, and showcases, offering ideas and suggestions.
Follow existing best practice migration playbooks and innovate to solve challenges on each specific project.
Contribute to the planning, design, and solution from source state to target state for each project.
