Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring framework, and extensive knowledge of Spring integration. This role requires proficiency in XSLT processing, along with a solid understanding of design principles and patterns. The candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications while ensuring best coding practices. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications using Java 8 and Spring framework. Design and implement solutions leveraging Spring integration for seamless application connectivity. Work extensively with XSLT processing for data transformation and formatting needs. Apply best practices in object-oriented design and software development patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth project execution. Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in Java-based applications. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring framework. Hands-on experience with Spring integration for enterprise applications. Deep understanding of XSLT processing and XML transformations. Strong grasp of design principles and patterns to build scalable solutions. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Desired Skills: Experience in performance optimization of Java applications. Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud technologies. Knowledge of modern development tools and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
