Senior Java Developers

Skills & Experience

Minimum 7+ years' software development experience
Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Python, Spring/Spring Boot and building highly available systems
Proven knowledge of the Payments domain, ideally settlement systems
Deep experience with AWS services (EMR Spark, S3, Lambda, Kinesis)
Skilled in API architecture and messaging systems (MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kinesis)
Proficient in Multithreading, reactive programming, and scalability design
Strong background with SQL & NoSQL databases, performance monitoring, troubleshooting
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub/GitFlow, Gradle, Ansible, Artifactory)
Experience with TDD/BDD (Cucumber) plus strong coding, testing, debugging skills
Familiar with security best practices & compliance (eg, PCI DSS)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor teams, drive best practices, and deliver end-to-end solutions
