Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 56 years of experience in building and optimizing enterprise-grade backend systems
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance tuning, JVM optimization, and multithreaded application design
The role involves converting synchronous workflows into fully asynchronous processing pipelines, including background validation and rule execution
Strong hands-on experience in optimizing XML generation, transformation, and validation using high-performance libraries is essential
The candidate should be capable of running performance POCs, benchmarking alternative approaches, and delivering measurable improvements in latency and throughput
This is a 6-month contract role based in Pune, open only to immediate joiners
