Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with a strong foundation in enterprise-scale software development and a proven track record in architectural design and microservices implementation. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-impact environments and are passionate about building scalable, reliable systems using modern Java frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
Drive architectural discussions and contribute to system design, performance optimization, and scalability strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement microservices-based solutions
Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the development lifecycle
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development with enterprise-scale systems
At least 6 years of experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Minimum 4 years of active involvement in architecture and design discussions, with contributions to system reliability and scalability
Strong understanding of design patterns, system integration, and distributed systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
