Senior Java Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, and a proven track record in developing scalable backend systems. Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous. You should have at least 8-10 years of backend development experience in Java/J2EE, along with proficient coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with Spring, Microservices, Multithreading, and REST API development is essential. Additionally, a strong grasp of SQL/relational databases, Object-Oriented Design principles, and Data Structures & Algorithms is required. The ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and mentor junior developers is highly valued. As a Java Backend Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing Java-based backend applications. You will be tasked with building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing backend performance, and ensuring scalability. Working with relational databases (MySQL/SQL) for high-performance queries and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions will be part of your daily routine.
