Senior IVF Counselor

Job Description

We are Looking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior IVF Counselor with 3 to 5 years of experience in infertility counseling and an in-depth understanding of all IVF processes. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, well-versed in patient handling, and able to guide couples through their fertility journey with clarity and emotional support. Key Responsibilities: Patient Counseling: Provide emotional support and guidance to couples undergoing IVF and other ART treatments. Treatment Explanation: Educate patients about IVF protocols, procedures, risks, and success rates. Follow-ups & Coordination: Ensure proper communication between patients and the medical team, assisting with appointment scheduling and treatment plans. Consent & Documentation: Explain treatment options, obtain informed consent, and maintain detailed patient records as per ART Act compliance. Emotional & Psychological Support: Help patients manage stress and expectations throughout the fertility journey. Financial & Package Guidance: Explain IVF treatment costs, package details, and available financing options. Ethical Compliance: Ensure adherence to PC-PNDT and ART regulations in all counseling sessions. Liaison with Medical Team: Work closely with doctors, embryologists, and nurses to ensure seamless patient care. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in IVF counseling at a reputed fertility clinic. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a relevant field. Skills: Excellent communication, patient empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations. Knowledge: Complete understanding of the IVF process, IUI, ICSI, embryo freezing, surrogacy, and other ART procedures. Compliance Awareness: Strong knowledge of PC-PNDT & ART Act regulations.
