    IT / Systems Analyst

  • Strong

    Production Support / KTLO

    experience
  • Hands-on

    Temenos

    platform support (mandatory)
  • Experience with

    Batch Monitoring & Operations

  • Strong

    Incident Management

    & production issue resolution

  • Advanced SQL skills

    (data analysis, troubleshooting, data fixes)
  • Experience with

    data corrections & SQL scripts

  • Certificate management

    , service accounts & security controls
  • Experience handling

    service account password rotations

  • Support

    UAT, regression testing, deployments & post-upgrade validation

  • Experience with

    Temenos upgrades

  • Participation in

    BCP / DR testing

  • Strong

    vendor coordination

    (Temenos tickets, patches, follow-ups)
  • Excellent

    analytical & communication skills

  • Ability to work

    PST time zone

    (mandatory)
  • Banking Experience

  • Immediate joiners preferred
