You will work in a dynamic environment in the upcoming office in Indore, focusing on delivering timely DHL packages worldwide while ensuring customer data security. Your role will involve providing second/third level day-to-day operation support, investigating and resolving incidents, and collaborating with other IT support teams and specialists.
