Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for both residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Senior Interior Designer's day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing and presenting interior design concepts, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), overseeing project implementation, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in FF&E selection and specification
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Professional experience in the interior design industry
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
