Senior Interior Designer & Sales

You will be joining a leading interior architecture firm in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi for a full-time position as a Senior Interior Designer & Sales professional. Your role will involve showcasing strong expertise in Interior Design and managing Sales and Business Development activities. The ideal candidate should be a design professional capable of handling clients, generating business, and delivering high-quality interior solutions. - **Interior Design** - Develop and execute design concepts from initial idea to final installation. - Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and architectural plans. - Manage space planning, material selection, and FF&E coordination. - Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. - Conduct site visits and ensure timely, high-quality project execution. - **Sales & Business Development** - Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media. - Understand client requirements and present design services confidently. - Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations. - Follow up actively to drive timely deal closures. - Maintain accurate lead, client, and CRM records. - Represent the studio during client meetings, events, and exhibitions. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Bachelors/masters degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience with exposure or interest in sales. - Proficiency in 3D software is a MUST (SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion or equivalent). - Strong command of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong organisational abilities with a client-centric mindset. - Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally.
