Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and executing commercial office spaces (minimum 10,000 Sqft), with a passion for innovative design, project management, and client relationships. The Senior Interior Designer will lead multiple commercial design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design, execution, and client satisfaction are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities: Design & Execution: Lead the design and execution of large-scale commercial office interiors, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and brand standards. Manage all stages of design, including space planning, concept development, material selection, and final implementation. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing design solutions tailored to their brand and business. Present design proposals, mood boards, and concept layouts to clients for approval and feedback. Keep clients informed of progress, ensuring any issues or changes are communicated promptly and effectively. Team Leadership & Coordination: Mentor and guide junior designers and project teams to foster creativity, growth, and collaboration. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring that design intentions are executed accurately on-site. Project & Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of project budgets, ensuring cost-efficient procurement of materials and services without compromising design quality. Track and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality is maintained. Design Innovation & Sustainability: Develop innovative, sustainable, and eco-friendly design solutions that align with the clients business goals and environmental objectives. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, applying them to projects where appropriate. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to ensure the seamless integration of technical elements into the design. Manage communication between stakeholders to keep the project on track and address any issues that arise. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate risks related to project execution, budget, and design challenges, and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring that designs are delivered according to client specifications. Brand Representation & Business Development: Represent the companys values and brand during client meetings, pitches, and presentations. Actively contribute to new business development through high-quality design, strong client relationships, and the successful delivery of projects. Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial interior design with at least one project of 10,000+ Sqft in size. Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing large-scale office interiors . Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-specific tools. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes , and furniture selection tailored to commercial office spaces. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of designers and coordinate with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring quality and efficiency. Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
