Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
• Prepare layouts, 2D/3D designs, and presentations as per client requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, taste, and expectations
• Source and finalize materials, color palettes, furniture, finishes, and décor
• Ensure timely site visits, vendor coordination, and quality execution of work
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and project coordinators
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and on-site teams for seamless execution
• Manage project timelines, client approvals, and budgets efficiently
• Stay updated with current design trends and materials
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong sense of aesthetics, detail orientation, and space planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client-handling skills
• Experience with turnkey home interior projects preferred
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
