Senior Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the design process, starting from the initial concept all the way to the final project handover. Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer interactions, brainstorming design ideas, and overseeing project coordination to ensure that the highest design and delivery standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. You will be tasked with taking charge of the design-to-sales funnel, which involves engaging with clients, understanding their lifestyle requirements, and translating them into practical and innovative design solutions. Providing exceptional customer experiences by delivering designs in a timely manner, fostering collaboration, and following up post-meetings will be key aspects of your role. Your attention to detail will be crucial in producing high-quality design deliverables, ranging from layouts and 3D views to Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical drawings. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire design project lifecycle, working closely with project managers and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Staying abreast of the latest design trends, material advancements, and functional modular layouts will be essential to inspire clients with fresh and creative ideas. Your qualifications should include a degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in residential interior design. You should have a proven track record of independently delivering a significant number of residential modular kitchen/wardrobe projects. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and creating mood boards is necessary. Your expertise should cover conceptual design, modular design, and technical execution aspects, including BoQ creation, site coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated abilities in leading design discussions, conducting effective meetings, and presenting value-based design solutions to clients are crucial.
