Role Overview

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development process from concept to execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and ensure alignment with their vision.
• Review detailed drawings, material specifications, mood boards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure delivery excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
• Represent Hipcouchs design ethos while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 610 years of experience in interior design, with proven experience handling complete projects.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and versatility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and lead teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating functional yet beautiful spaces.
