Job Title: Senior Interior Architect Location: Kollam Company: Atrium Design Studio Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing end-to-end interior design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the complete interior design process from concept development to final execution ● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and assist in material selection ● Coordinate with site supervisors and factory team for timely execution ● Supervise junior designers and ensure accuracy in drawings and revisions ● Prepare, review, and monitor design execution plans ● Provide regular updates on project status and site progress Mandatory Qualifications: ● Must hold a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design ● Minimum 3 years of proven experience specifically in interior architecture ● Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of additional software is a plus) ● Strong project management and client-handling capabilities ● Experience in handling residential, commercial, and hospitality projects is essential What We Offer: ● Opportunity to lead and work on premium interior projects ● Competitive, industry-best salary based on experience and skills ● A professional, creative, and growth-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
